The Value We Add

Keeping you in touch at each stage, we will manage the project to hit an agreed target deadline for conversion. This will include close liaison with DfE Project Leads, coordinating all deliverables to make most effective use of Leadership and Governing Body resources, covering:

Liaison with legal advisors
Facilitating and guiding school working group
Briefing and reassurance to Governors

We will work with you to develop long-term Governance structures and reporting, both regulatory and financial, and will protect the interests of Academy Trust at all times. To ensure that the transition is smooth for all parties, we will help the local authority to deliver their tasks through proactive management, and also ensure the integration of Academy consultation, TUPE consultation and communications.

From this point, we will oversee negotiation of the Commercial Transfer Agreement as well as supporting and guiding on effective finance and operations transition, including funding. At all times, we will share the best practice, latest guidance and lessons learned from other projects.
