Under pressure from many directions
including the standards and efficiency agendas, schools
continue to aim to maintain an up-to-date set of policies
and documents that support staff in providing high quality
educational experiences and outcomes.
To help with this, Place
Group’s offer includes a review service with a
maximum two working days turnaround for key documents
such as the SEF and SDP, together with policy documents.
New Free Schools in
particular will need a full set of documentation, written
from scratch. 39 policies and documents are currently
required of schools. The Document Review service allows
these Free Schools to send in draft policies, job descriptions
and person specifications electronically and then to
obtain constructive feedback on them, whilst also identifying
any gaps in terms of statutory requirements. In addition,
we can provide sample documents to adapt and adopt,
saving the time needed to produce this paperwork from
a zero base
